There are two things to consider here:
Firstly, what’s happened has happened. You can’t change it, you can’t go back and do it again, you can’t undo it… you have to heal from it.
You have to forgive, you have to allow the hurt, the pain, the anger and then you have to show it love.
Emotions don’t disappear because they are ignored. The stay with you, in your body, in your fears, in your mind even if just subconsciously.
But they will effect you.
See emotions do have a half life, they do ease up when you deal with them but they can’t if we suppress them or wallow in them and that shows up in our behaviours, our choices and who we are and more importantly, they stop us being who we can be.
And secondly, be aware of the choices you are making…
YOU CANT GO BACK.
